Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Technical support for the NextPDF software is also available directly from PATEON. See the Paddle buyer terms (opens in a new tab).
Your order contract is with our Merchant of Record, the seller of record for the order. It handles payment, invoicing, tax, refunds, and chargebacks. PATEON grants your software licence under the EULA. The Terms of Use explain the two-contract structure.
